On 23 January, Federal Environment Minister Barbara Hendricks and UBA President Maria Krautzberger visit the annual human sampling campaign in Münster/Westfalia

Federal Environment Minister Barbara Hendricks and the President of the Federal Environment Agency, Maria Krautzberger, visit the annual human sampling campaign of the Environmental Specimen Bank.

The longterm research programme will be introduced at a press conference. On the basis of time trend analyses, the following questions will be discussed:

  • Have the chemical burdens increased or decreased over time?
  • Have we met our goals to protect man and the environment by regulatory actions?
  • How can the environmental specimen bank support chemical policy?
